The problem
If this sounds familiar, PingToPay was built for you.
Designer, developer, marketer, consultant. You bill clients abroad and get paid via Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer.
By the time you remember to chase an invoice, it's the middle of your client's night, or yours. Reminders get delayed or forgotten.
Email and SMS reminder apps assume a domestic bank account and a card on file. They don't know what to do with a Wise link or a PayPal.me page.
Getting started
Set it up once, then forget about chasing payments.
Log them manually or upload a CSV, including invoices that aren't due yet. PingToPay tracks everything.
Every invoice is watched automatically. Nothing to check, nothing to remember.
Only if an invoice goes overdue, a short series of reminder emails goes out on your behalf, each a little firmer than the last. On Pro, you can also add a friendly heads-up before the due date.
Each reminder includes your payment link as a clear call to action, and you get a copy in your own inbox.
Features
No debt-collector tone. Just calm, timely nudges your clients won't mind getting.
Three reminder stages, each a little firmer but always polite, and fully editable in your own words.
Wise, PayPal.me, Payoneer, or a page with your bank transfer details. Paste any link and it becomes the call to action.
Outstanding balances, amount collected this month, and how early or late clients pay on average, all at a glance.
Set exactly how many days after the due date each reminder goes out, with a live preview as you type.
Clients can tell you they've already paid from a link in each email, you can pause any single invoice, and likely duplicates are flagged before they're saved. One reminder can go to up to 5 contacts.

From the founder
I built PingToPay because I got tired of chasing international clients for payment myself. I was checking time zones before sending a follow-up, second-guessing how firm to sound, and rewriting the same email over and over. It's a small tool built to solve a problem I actually had, not a polished pitch. If it saves you the same headache, it's done its job.

FAQ
No. The free plan covers your first 5 invoices that go overdue, no card required.
Any of them. PingToPay just needs a link. Wise, PayPal.me, Payoneer, or a page with your bank transfer instructions all work.
Your invoices and client details are stored securely and are never shared, sold, or used for anything other than sending your own reminders.
Yes. Each of the 3 reminder stages is fully editable, with a live preview, so it still sounds like you.
Nothing stops working. You can keep adding invoices. Reminders for additional overdue invoices pause until you upgrade to Pro, and your dashboard shows exactly where you stand.
Yes, on the Pro plan. Switch on heads-up reminders to send up to two friendly notes before an invoice is due (10 days and 1 day before by default). The three reminders after the due date work as usual.
